The Palm Pre is an O2 exclusive in the UK, but if you’re desperate to own one and use it on another network you now can: gadget retailer eXpansys is offering the mobile phone SIM-free and unlocked.
Palm’s followup to the Palm Pre, the Palm Pixi, is due to launch in the US on 15th November – and it could be making the journey across the Atlantic fairly soon after. The Pixi will be the second mobile phone to feature Palm’s webOS software, and should be a lot more affordable than its predecessor.
