Farmville released for iPhone
Zynga’s social gaming sensation Farmville has been released for iPhone, just in time for the release of the iPhone 4.
Farmville puts you in charge of — you guessed it — a farm, as you plant crops, wait for them to grow and then harvest them in order to do the same thing all over again, until you have the biggest and best farm in the world. Tapping into the bit of the brain that makes people compulsively collect beanie babies or little plastic bear dolls, Farmville has amassed a huge 75 million players on Facebook. And now it’s on iPhone.
Farmville is free to download from iTunes, but to get ahead of the pack you’ll have to spend real money on coins, used to make your farm develop more swiftly. This iPhone version syncs-in with existing Facebook Farmville profiles, so you don’t have to start from scratch.
Farmville for iPhone was unveiled at WWDC alongside the iPhone 4, and should pump-up micro-transaction sales signifcantly. We’ve heard it’s quite addictive, so watch out.

If this version works as bad as the internet version, good luck.

How about finish promoting Frontierville? Farmville is so last year. But seriously, they just spent a ton of money to promote bad anime for the Oregon Trail, and now they have decided to back track to promote a Farmville app. This doesn’t make any sense, kind of like my last sentence. They should really promote Frontierville by releasing it on an iPhone version. Stop making sense.
