Motorola Milestone now available from Carphone Warehouse

Written by Andrew on March 2, 2010 – 12:00 pm Comment

milestoneThe Motorola Milestone Android phone is now available to buy from Carphone Warehouse, available for free on contracts of £30 per month and above.

The Motorola Milestone, known as the Motorola Droid in the US, is one of the most advanced Android phones seen released so far, with a 3.7-inch touchscreen, slide-out Qwerty keyboard and a 5-megapixel camera.

It currently runs Android 2.0, rather than Android 2.1 seen on the HTC Desire and Google Nexus One, but fingers crossed it’ll get an update before too long.

It claims to be the slimmest slider-Qwerty phone ever released. At 13.7mm thick, it would seem slim even if it didn’t pack a keyboard. You can order the Motorola Milestone on Vodafone, Orange and T-Mobile from Carphone Warhouse now.
