htc-hd2_1UPDATE Vodafone has told us that due to the massive popularity of the HD2, handsets stocks have run low, although they are expected to be back in stock in early December. You can still order an HD2 and Voda will make you a priority customer.

The HTC HD2 has officially landed at Vodafone stores today! We reported yesterday that the ultimate WinMo mobile was on its way to Vodafone, and that the network had pipped competitors to the proverbial post. And we were spot on – read on for more…

Yep, the HTC HD2 is here! Vodafone had confirmed that it is now stocking the monster mobile, with some special online bargains thrown into the mix.

HTC’s lean, mean Windows Mobile 6.5-packing machine will be free from a £35 per month contract, although that does tie you in for the standard whopping 24-month contract. But two years with the most powerful WinMo mobile yet may not seem such a bind, especially when bundled with an extra 300m talktime per month (taking it up to 900m), plus unlimited landline, internet and webmail services. Nice.
