Samsung Galaxy Lite videoThe Samsung i5700 Galaxy Lite – a trimmed-down version of the Android-toting Samsung Galaxy – has been popping up all over the internet in image form recently. Now, however, you can check out the petite Samsung mobile phone in action in a new video that’s surfaced online. Make the jump to check out the Samsung i5700 Galaxy Lite flick…

It looks like the Samsung i5700 Galaxy Lite is set for an imminent release, and with that comes the usual raft of leaked specs and images. Now a video of the mobile phone has surfaced on ai.rs Blog to go along with the rest of the information.

And what exactly is the rest of the information? Well, according to the video and other leaked details, the Galaxy Lite will sport a three-inch, 320×480-pixel touchscreen. Will it be as gorgeous as the AMOLED offering on the Samsung H1? Connection-wise you’re looking at the usuals: GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth. The 3.2-megapixel camera is probably as big as Samsung could fit in a trimmed-down mobile phone like this, but it will apparently come with a 3.5mm headphone socket and the option of expanding the storage up to 3GB via microSD card.

It has also been suggested that the Samsung i5700 Galaxy Lite will sport the latest version of Google Android – that’s right Android-aholics – Donut. Given that’s only just begun roll-out onto the HTC Magic, it’d be a welcome addition.

Finally, the Samsung i5700 Galaxy Lite could also be getting a name change adopting the rather bizarre monicker, Spica. Although that’s still yet to be confirmed. Anyway, if you want to get a peeka at the Spica, then check out the video above…
