Honey, Nokia shrunk the smartphone. The Nokia N97 Mini is here folks, and while you might have checked our hands-on pics already, we thought we’d give you a second helping of up close action with Espoo’s latest, so read on to see the video too!

Let’s get this straight from the start: this video won’t show you some of the Nokia N97 Mini’s finer points, like the shrivelled pricetag or helpful 8GB of storage built in to lug all your tunes around with. What it will do though, is show you the new pico proportions for the Nokia N97 Mini. Despite shaving just 0.3-inches off the sharp touchscreen’s size, the Nokia N97 Mini feels so much smaller in the hand, and looks it too. If you want to know how Nokia pulled that conjuring trick off, the Nokia N97 Mini’s keyboard has had a rejig, with the D-pad going the way of Jordan’s nuptials in favour of a traditional arrow layout on the right hand side. We’ve had a bit of a texting competition going on, and it certainly doesn’t slow you down when it comes to navigating around and belting out messages.
